We took some time off to this desserted beach. The "road" heading to the beach is terrible! Only 4WD can take you there! The beach was so serene, with seashells covering the beach. Didn't take any - it belongs there ...

I am speechless looking back at these pictures. Beatiful place indeed. Except for the horror stories, Tanjong Jara Resort will always be a dream place for my honeymoon - provided I am not there all alone.
Oh, did I tell you bout its staff? 'A' class. I left my handphone charger and they sent it by hand to my office. That is what I call world-class resort with first-class service.

Impiana Resort, Cherating - A place I want to be ...

Last Tuesday, I attended a forum at Impiana Resort, Cherating. A beautiful place it is. Facilities better than a challet and rate cheaper than a normal resort/hotel.
Had no chance to stroll along the beach, but the room has a wonderful view facing the beach. The bed is antique - with bed post and mosquito net. Neh, didn't bother to use the net, was afraid I got tangled in the middle of the nite!
Definitely a place I want to be ... again ...

hi everyone,
wish u better week, than the last On saturday (28/02), 5 of us - maria, nazry, siti, aizan and myself went to Damai, delivering first batch of the consignment. thanks to everyone who have pass along all those materials. Keep them coming as we are going again this weekend.
while we were there, saw a few cars, people as far as Kuwait came with full load of their car boot with food - rice, cooking oil etc, wish we could have contribute more to the orphans....
luckily, we arrive 5 mins to 1pm, and manage to catch the clerk before she go off for the weekend. since it was prayer and lunch time follow suit, we didn't stay for long.... had chit chat with the kids, quick ice-cream session (blue colour ice-cream got also! maria u got pix for this....hehehhe), *some usap kepala* happen too.....
kinda of amazing, they actually remembered us since (Aug '03) watching Lilo n Stitch at Bukit Kiara, and they want to go again! some of them really have long memories, maybe this weekend can spend more time with them. we gave them an album for the pix at Bukit Kiara too..... Siti what kind of games you have up of your sleeves ?

Azam and Siti has filled you all in on the details of what we did there on Sat. and our plans for this Sunday. You all are coming, right?
I chatted with the girls there and they seem so happy to have someone listening to them and giving them attention. I found myself promising earnestly to the girls that we will visit them again next weekend. Maria called a certain boy named Syawal to pass him some photos. A few boys asked
Maria after that, "Kenapa panggil Syawal, je? Kenapa tak panggil kami jugak?"...How do you answer that?
Wanted :
(i) Volunteers to supervise the kids during their prep hours (after Isya' till 10.30 pm.)
(ii) Donations for soap, shampoo, washing soap, tooth paste.
(iii) Cash donations
(iv) Food donations - rice, sugar, tea, coffee, flour etc.

TEKADmons invaded the Twin Towers!

The TEKADmons, that is what they called themselves, gathered illegally yesterday at the PETRONAS Twin Towers, an insider source says today.
They conquered not only Room 4003 but the bridge within 2 hours! Lots of issues on how to invade 'Kepala Batas' and Pangkor Island were discussed as well as sharing their experiences and joy on their victory in KL. There were occasionally clapping hands and tapping the table, very much agreeing to what the leader has said.
On how they managed to enter the bridge, which connects the two towers, the CSI Team has yet to find the loophole in the building' security system. It was reported that the Head of the CSI Team (easily identified by the 'red eyes' in the picture below), was also there. Unfortunately the Head of Security could not make it there due to other urgent case.
On the lighter note, the TEKADmon who did 'Free Willy' when these bunch of aliens were celebrating their victory conquering the KL TEKAD last few weeks was seen 'beaching' on the bridge. No one can explain what he was doing, except for few flashes here and there.
The photographer is banned from working today for exposing these pictures. She is expected to resume her 'duty' tomorrow, covering an event which is reported to be a 'very high-profile' one.
